Study English in Devon - the English Riviera

Exmouth is known as the "English Riviera" and is probably the best part of England to visit during the summer if you´re looking for combining a bit of English heritage with some summer sun. Adorned with citrustrees and palmtrees, Exmouth boasts a sub-tropical climate with an average summer temperature of around 25 degrees. Devon and Exmouth is a very typical English region, with many a great Arthurian legend, as well as some of the best literature England has to offer.

Exmouth is located South-West in England, right by the sea, and can therefore also offer its visitors beaches, gardens and lovely summer resorts. There are attractions for everyone, from sports like sailing, riding, golf and the typical "English sports"; golf and cricket. For the more mystery-minded Exmouth offers a wealth of historic sights, often with an unsolved mystery and legends attached. Avalon has its origins in Devon, and it was home to William the Conqueror and Richard Lionheart. Devon has also been great inspiration for many famous mystery writers, like Agatha Cristie, Thomas Hardy and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, to mention but a few. Also, one of Sherlock Holmes most famous mysteries takes place in the scenes around Devon.
 

Our school in Devon

Our Devon English school is a fantastic seaside resort at the mouth of the river Exe, on the English Riviera right north of Torbay, and right by the town square of Exmouth. The school has grown to become immensely popular during the last couple of years and has an international student-environment. The classroms are bright and fully equipped, and the teachers are highly qualified and enthusiastic about your progress. Furthermore, the staff at the Devon school are helpful in arranging excursions and days out, and we recommend that during your stay you visit the nearby seaside towns of Exeter and Plymouth. The latter is famous as the place where the Pilgrim Fathers set out for the "New World", many centuries ago.

Standard course
(20 lessons/week, max 12 students per class)

(2 weeks/5 days per week)

Long term courses
There is a price reduction from the total course price for all students who choose a long term course (consisting of 12 consecutive weeks or more):
12 weeks + : Deduct the price for 1 extra week from the total price.
24 weeks + : Deduct the price for 2 extra weeks from the total price.
36 weeks + : Deduct the price for 3 extra weeks from the total price.

NB! "Extra week" is the price you find at the bottom of the price list saying "extra week", respective of your course.
