Study English in the Summer Island of Malta

Would you like to combine learning English with a great summer holiday? Why not travel to Malta, this great little island in the Mediterranean, situated between Sicily in the North and the coast of North Africa in the South. The sun shines the whole year round on this island with its North-African-like landscape, and is immensely popular as a holiday resort for people from all of Europe. Malta has an incredibly diverse culture, as a result of the many roles the island has played throughout history. The Phoenicians, the Romans, the French and the British have all occupied the island, with the latter ones keeping Malta as a colony of the Crown well into the 1960s. As a result, todays Malta can offer you the rare combination of a strong English feel and traditions mixed with the cool and relaxed Mediterranean ones.

The Maltese, as the inhabitants are called, are a mixture of Italian, Spanish and British. They drive on the left, as the British do, but they also insist on having a siesta, like the Italians or the Spanish. Otherwise the local population are tolerant, open-minded and interested in all cultures and people. The people living on the island speak their own language but the first official language is still English, and the town of Malta has a combination of English shops and restaurants, combined with local traditions and cuisine. With its great. beaches and sunny warm weather, Malta is an unforgettable tourist destination and combining a stay in the sun with learning or improving your English should be the ideal "useful" holiday experience!
 
Our school in Malta

Our Malta school is simply breathtaking. It is of unique architectural interest and was built at the beginning of the 20th century. The structure and architecture will not fail to impress you, whether you are interested in architecture or not. The school is located in St. Julian´s bay, close to the centre of the nightlife, but still in a quiet corner of the area. The school complex comprises classrooms, apartments, restaurants and gardens, not to mention a vast swimming-pool and a beach volleyball pitch! Probably the most impressive school in Malta, as well as one of the most impressive schools in the whole Mediterranean area, we are very proud of our Malta school and hope you find it as fantastic as we do!

DIVING COURSES in Malta
We have three different DIVING COURSES on offer:
1) Padi scuba diver course, for absolute beginners.
Students will learn scuba diving with 3 pool dives, 3 open water dives and 3 theoretical lessons. Price of this course per week is €260, accommodation is additional.

2) Padi open water course, also for absolute beginners.
Students will learn scuba diving with 5 pool dives, 4 open water dives and 5 theoretical lessons. Price of this course per week is €360, accommodation is additional.

3) Dive package:
For already certified divers we offer a 6 tank dive package offshore the magnificent Maltese coast. All transfers to and from the dive sites are included as well as full rental gear. Price of this course per week is €180, accommodation is additional.

Long term courses
There is a price reduction from the total course price for all students who choose a long term course (consisting of 12 consecutive weeks or more):
12 weeks + : Deduct the price for 1 extra week from the total price.
24 weeks + : Deduct the price for 2 extra weeks from the total price.
36 weeks + : Deduct the price for 3 extra weeks from the total price.

NB! "Extra week" is the price you find at the bottom of the price list saying "extra week", respective of your course.
