Study German in Frankfurt

Frankfurt is a vibrant German city which has a lot more to offer than just the sausage with which it shares its name. Frankfurt, the biggest city in Germany, has built its reputation from historically being a vital inland port and center of trade to become in modern time the financial centre of Germany.

Frankfurt is today the centre of Europe´s economy and currency, only surpassed by the city of London. As a result of this, the city has a very "modern feel" to it, but don´t let this fool you into thinking the city has not preserved any of its history. With the river Main flowing right through the heart of the city, Frankfurt combines modern buildings and facilities with historical buildings and landmarks and is rich in culture, architecture and history. Frankfurt offers you great entertainment, shopping and culinary experiences, as well as a great opportunity of learning German.

The Frankfurt school

Top of page Our German school in Frankfurt is conveniently located in the "Sachsenhausen" district, the oldest and generally viewed as the most elegant district of the city. Sachsenhausen boasts charming cafés, boutiques and an atmosphere that is as unique as it is welcoming.

The school itself is in a relaxed area, yet close to the heart of the City. Several pubs, bars and cafés can be found nearby, and some of the most interesting museums this city has to offer are just around the corner. The school complex has a café bar and a terrace, where the students can go and relax inbetween lessons. The school is close to the underground/metro station "Schweizer Platz", and the main High Street (for those who like to shop), is only a 2 minute walk away. Getting to the city centre will take you less than five minutes from the school with public transport.
