Study Spanish in the lovely Canary Island of Tenerife!

Tenerife is one of the three most popular islands of the Canaries, together with Fuerteventura and Gran Canaria. With a warm climate all year round, it´s a much visited holiday destination for all northern and central Europeans, especially during the winter-months.

Tenerife is the greener of the two largest islands (the other one being Gran Canaria), and, although maybe surpassed by Fuerteventura in terms of natural beauty, clearly the best island in terms of entertainment and leisure activities on offer. Long white beaches are waiting for you every day, and during the evenings, Tenerife can offer an amazing wealth of bars, pubs, restaurants, discos and nightclubs. There is something for everyone, for every age and for all interests.

But although Tenerife enjoys millions of visitors every year, the island isn´t just tourism. If you choose to get a bit further away from the massive hotel-complexes near the beach, for example by renting a car for a few days, you have the chance to experience "genuine" Canarian villages, many of them traditional fishing villages, untouched by tourism and outside of the main tourist areas. There are beautiful "old villages" to be seen as well, either as parts of the new developments or located close by. These parts have opened their doors to the visitors, and offer intimate restaurants and bars with traditional food and friendly staff.

For those interested in a bit more than just beachlife, the nature is breathtaking in Tenerife. The mountain ranges are vast and nearly uninhabited, making sports like hiking and horse-riding popular activities. And there are more sporting activities waiting for those interested; all kinds of water-sports are offered near or on the beaches, and the beach-promenades make running, cycling and scating easy and fun.

 
Our school in Tenerife

Our Spanish school in Tenerife is located in a traditional Canaries building, just five minutes away from the Martianez Beach and two minutes from the famous Lagos Martianez. The school has 7 bright and fully equipped classrooms, a patio, multimedia classrooms, and a recreation area with television, hi-fi, library and videos, where the students are invited to make use of the material as part of their studies. Further on the school is close to the beaches and you are only minutes away from the sport and recreational facilities offered every day along the beach.

 
Diving courses in Tenerife

We also have diving courses in Tenerife. You can combine the diving courses with all our Spanish courses, and make your stay with us even better! There are two levels, one for beginners and one for people who have previous experience:

Price reductions for long term courses ("Spanish for Life" courses)

There is a price reduction from the total course price for all students who choose a long term course (consisting of 12 consecutive weeks or more):
Standard course:
deduct 10% from the total for courses lasting 12 weeks or more, when you make your reservation and payment in advance.
Intensive course:
deduct 10% from the total for courses lasting 8 weeks or more, when you make your reservation and payment in advance.

Spanish for Life & Business
NB! Required level of Spanish is Intermediate.
This course consists of 96 specialised hours of Spanish Business, and is available for a price of €592 (+ €32 in enrollment fee), in combination with the Spanish for Life course (see above for more information about this course). If you prefer to take the Business course on its own, the price is €958, plus the enrolment fee of €32. The combination course offers a saving of 40%.

Please note that the residences have a limited number of places available.

Included in the accommodation price is
Towels (in family), bedsheets, gas, electricity and local taxes.
The common rooms are cleaned weekly in student flats and daily in the residences.
The flats and student residences have common room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with oven, washing machines and iron.
